How long does delivery take?

1 to 3 business days to process, then 7 to 16 business days in transit. Our pieces ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse outside the United States, which is the reason for the transit time. It is on every product page.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Every decanter is $39.95, down from $199.75, and standard tracked shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum and no handling fee. Every order ships with tracking, and your total is shown in full before you pay. The details are on our Shipping page.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. The United States is the only destination configured in our checkout.

Can I use the decanter for whiskey and other spirits?

Yes. Every decanter is made to store and serve spirits like whiskey, bourbon, cognac or rum. The glass does not affect the taste. It is not intended for hot liquids, for carbonated drinks, or for long-term storage of anything other than spirits.

How much does it hold?

Capacity is on each product page in fluid ounces and milliliters. Most of our decanters sit between 25 and 34 fl oz (750–1000 ml), which is a standard bottle with room to pour.

Is it real crystal or glass?

Each product page says exactly what the piece is made of. Where it says glass, it is heavy lead-free glass. We do not call a piece crystal unless the page says crystal.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No — hand wash only. Rinse the inside with lukewarm water after use and let it dry completely before you store it or refill it. Skip harsh or abrasive cleaners, which dull the cut. A soft dry cloth keeps the outside bright.

Does the stopper seal airtight?

It seals well enough to keep dust out and slow evaporation, which is what a decanter stopper is for. No ground-glass stopper is hermetic. If you are storing a bottle for years rather than weeks, keep it in the bottle.

Will it arrive in one piece?

Every piece is checked by hand and double-boxed in a reinforced carton. If the outer box arrives crushed, photograph it before opening — that photograph is all we need to replace the piece at no cost to you.

Can I return it?

30 days from delivery, unused and in its packaging. Faulty, damaged or wrong pieces are replaced or refunded in full, with the return shipping on us — send a photograph and your order number. There is never a restocking fee.

Is this a good gift?

It is most of what we sell: groomsmen, retirements, birthdays, Father's Day. We do not include a price on the packing slip.

Why are there no reviews on some pieces?

Because that piece has not been ordered much yet. A review only appears after the decanter has been delivered.

Why is everything so cheap?

Because we are closing. Our founder passed away and we would rather the last pieces were used than put in storage, so everything is marked down to $39.95 from $199.75 and shipping is on us. There is no restock after this.
