Track your order
Every order gets a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Track it
Use the link in your dispatch email, or paste the number into 17track.net, which reads both the origin carrier and the US carrier on the same number.
If tracking shows nothing yet
Normal for the first 5 to 8 days. The number is issued when the label is created, and scanning often starts only once the parcel reaches the export hub. Nothing is wrong.
If it has not moved in two weeks
Email us with your order number. If 20 business days have passed since dispatch with no movement, we replace or refund — you do not have to argue for it.
If tracking says delivered and it is not there
- Check the porch, the side gate, the mailroom and with a neighbor — carriers often leave parcels out of sight.
- Wait one more day. "Delivered" is sometimes scanned early.
- Then tell us. We will open a carrier trace and sort it out.
Glass in transit
Every decanter is checked by hand and double-boxed in reinforced cartons. If the outer box arrives crushed, photograph it before you open it — that photograph is all we need to replace the piece at no cost to you.
