Where we ship

The United States only. The United States is the only delivery destination configured in our checkout; we cannot deliver to any other country. We ship to street addresses and to PO boxes where the carrier supports it. If your address will not accept a delivery, contact us before ordering.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to any address in the United States, with no minimum and no handling fee.

There is no shipping charge at any order size. Your total is shown in full before you pay. All amounts on this website are in US dollars (USD).

How long it takes

Processing: 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed.
Delivery: typically 7 to 16 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates based on how our orders usually travel, not a guaranteed delivery date. Federal holidays and the November–December peak add time. If your order is running materially late we would rather you asked us than waited.

Where your order ships from

We are an online-only retailer with no shop, no counter and no warehouse of our own. Orders are dispatched by a fulfillment partner from a warehouse outside the United States. That is the reason the delivery window is longer than a domestic order, and we would rather say so here than surprise you after you have paid.

Duties and import charges

The amount you pay us at checkout is the total we charge you. We do not add duties, taxes or brokerage fees after the fact, and we do not ask you to pay anything to the carrier on delivery. If a carrier or a customs broker does raise a charge against your parcel, do not pay it — email takeoverenterprises785@gmail.com first, with the notice attached, and we will deal with it on your behalf.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking often shows nothing for the first several days while the parcel travels to the export hub; that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. No email? Check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number.

Split deliveries

Order more than one piece and the parcels may arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. You pay nothing extra for that.

Wrong address, refused or undeliverable parcels

Check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to the carrier because the address was wrong or delivery was refused, we will contact you about resending it; the cost of a second dispatch may be yours. This does not affect your right to a refund if we fail to ship on time.

If your order does not ship on time

Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule we must ship within the time we state, and if we cannot, we must offer you the choice of a revised shipping date or a prompt refund. We will contact you before the window runs out, not after, and a refund you ask for is issued to your original payment method without argument.

Late, lost, damaged or wrong items are covered on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing on this page limits what that page gives you.

Payment

Checkout is encrypted. You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout; which ones appear depends on your device and location. All amounts are charged in US dollars (USD).
